Tain Amateur Swimming Club (TASC) is based in Tain about 35 miles north of the capital of the Highlands, the City of Inverness.

Tain ASC is a competitive Scottish Swimming affiliated club, which encourages youngsters to participate in the sport of swimming, for enjoyment and fitness, whilst continually developing their technique and competitive spirit.

Our club is a member of the Highland Swim Team which can give swimmers additional opportunities to obtain additional training. At present TASC has 8 swimmers in the Highland Swim Team. The club also has  swimmers who have been selected on to the Scottish Swimming District Regional Program (DRP), and even compete at International Meets.

We train from  Monday to Friday during term time at Tain Royal Academy Community Complex Pool.

There are around 55 members throughout our  squads –  / Bronze / Silver / Gold

The transition through the squads is dependent on ability rather than age.
